Order processing times

Orders are generally processed within 1 - 3 working days. When you place your order you will get a confirmation email and when your order has shipped you will also get an email. Please check your junk mail if you don't see any of these.

Ireland  - Free shipping on all orders over €50

All orders are shipped with DPD carbon neutral tracked courier shipping. Flat rate of €5 for all orders under €50.

Generally orders arrive within 1 - 2 working days.

Northern Ireland  - Free shipping on all orders over €50

All orders are shipped with DPD carbon neutral tracked courier. Flat rate of €5 for all orders under €50.

Generally orders arrive within 2 - 3 working days.

Mainland UK  - Free shipping on all orders over £100

All orders are shipped with DPD carbon neutral tracked courier. Flat rate of £10 for all orders under £100.

Generally orders arrive within 4 - 5 working days.

Europe  - Free shipping on all orders over €100

All orders are shipped with DPD carbon neutral courier. Flat rate of €15 for all orders under €100.

Generally orders arrive within 7 - 10 working days.

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand - Free shipping on orders over €150

All orders are shipped with An Post. Flat rate of €20 for all orders under €150.

Generally orders arrive within 10 - 14 working days.

 

Taxes and charges

Additional taxes and charges may be applicable to orders leaving Ireland. The customer is responsible for the charges in full.
