Hedgehog Wooden Craft Kit – Build & Decorate
Make your own little woodland scene with two hedgehogs and a scattering of leaves. This wooden hedgehog craft kit includes a big hedgehog, a small hedgehog and three different leaves. Build, decorate and choose your own colours to make the little scene entirely your own.
Pop out the pieces, smooth any rough edges with the sandpaper included, and clip them together — no glue needed. Decorate with your favourite paints, colouring pencils or markers, or enjoy the natural wood finish.
Lovely wood for colourful ideas
We use premium FSC-certified birch plywood from sustainably managed forests in Finland. The wood takes colour beautifully, making it a lovely surface for everything from a puffin’s familiar orange beak to bright patterns and imaginative designs. Use your own pencils, paints or markers.
Once assembled, your sturdy wooden hedgehogs can take their place on a shelf or become part of a world of adventures. Children can make a woodland home, arrange the leaves around them or invent stories with their other animals. There’s no set colour scheme or finished look to copy — just room for your own ideas.
Designed and made in Sligo, Ireland

Meet the hedgehog
Hedgehogs come out at night, snuffling through gardens, hedgerows and woodland edges in search of beetles, worms and other tiny creatures. Their sensitive noses help them sniff out food hidden underground. If they feel threatened, they curl into a tight prickly ball to protect themselves.
